  • As a courtesy to our customers, we offer free warehousing for up to 3 months. We never charge any holding fees.
  • All of our sales are bound by and made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Specialty Coffee Association of America green coffee contracts.
  • To ensure that your supply will fall in line with your demand, we recommend buying forward-arrival coffee.
  • You may place your order by phone or email.
  • All orders must be placed 24 hours prior to shipping.
  • We will provide you with a sale confirmation to verify your purchase for future delivery.
  • When your coffee becomes available, we will notify you and request your shipping instructions.
  • Our team compares competitive shipping rates and finds the best deal to fit your needs.
  • Your coffee order is palletized and shrink-wrapped to protect it during transit.
  • Returned shipments are subject to freight charges.
  • Please be aware that trucking companies are not required to unload your freight at the time of delivery. Many companies will assist with unloading, but they are not obligated to do so.
  • Customer pickups can be made at any of our warehouse locations. Please contact us for specific warehouse hours of operation.
  • When your order arrives, please inspect it right away and sign the delivery receipt only if all is in good order. Write any exceptions directly on the freight receipt in case a claim needs to be filed.
  • Existing customers: Payment Terms of Net 30 days from the date of pick up
  • New customers: Payment for the First order must be received in advance of shipment.
